We teamed up with our sweet friend Carlyn from Dough and Dahlias to bring you a summer drink that’s as beautiful as it is nourishing. This iced lavender matcha latte is soft, floral, and packed with the functional magic of Matcha Glow. Even better? Carlyn used fresh lavender from her garden to craft a simple syrup that brings the whole drink to life.

Whether you’re starting your day slow or need a calm, focused boost in the afternoon, this dreamy recipe is here to make your ritual extra special.

Ingredients:

• 1 Matcha Glow pod

• 6–8 oz hot water

• 1–2 tsp lavender honey simple syrup (recipe below)

• Cold milk of choice (we love Straus whole milk, but any milk works!)

• Ice

• Reusable straw for stirring & sipping

Lavender Honey Simple Syrup (makes enough for a few lattes):

• 1/4 cup local raw honey

• 1/4 cup water

• 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender or a few fresh sprigs

Bring water and honey to a gentle simmer until fully combined. Add lavender, turn off the heat, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and store in the fridge for up to a week.

Instructions:

  1. Drop one Matcha Glow pod into your favorite mug or glass.
  2. Add 6–8 oz of hot water and your desired amount of lavender simple syrup (start with 1 tsp and adjust to taste). Stir gently to dissolve.
  3. Fill your glass with ice and top with cold milk of choice.
  4. Stir with a reusable straw and enjoy your glowiest sip yet.

Closing Tip:

This latte is just as lovely warm—so if you’re skipping the ice, simply steam your milk and pour it over your matcha-lavender base. Either way, you’re sipping on something soothing, energizing, and glow-supporting all at once.
