Gaby is a mom of two, born and raised in Santa Cruz County, with a deep love for simple rituals that make a big impact. After years of exploring wellness routines that either took too long or felt too complicated, she created Gelatin Glow—a product that brings beauty, nourishment, and ease into everyday life.
For Gaby, wellness is about small, consistent moments of care. When she discovered the overlooked benefits of gelatin—especially for skin, joints, and gut health—she knew she had to share it in a way that felt warm, approachable, and actually doable. Gelatin Glow is her way of helping others start their day feeling good—inside and out.
